Japanese toy company KOTOBUKIYA has announced a new product based on SEGA's popular game "Yakuza" – the "Kazuma Kiryu" 1/6 scale pre-painted figure, with a suggested retail price of 27,500 JPY, scheduled for release in October 2025!
SEGA's popular gangster-themed game series "Yakuza" has released over a dozen titles since its debut in 2005, with the latest installment, "Yakuza 8 Gaiden Pirates in Hawaii," announced this February. The series' protagonist, Kazuma Kiryu, is a man of strong principles and justice, born for righteousness. His character and ability to take on a hundred foes single-handedly have earned him multiple titles such as "Dragon of Dojima," "Legendary Dragon," and "Fourth Chairman of the Tojo Clan." After the "Ten Billion Yen Incident," he became known as a legendary yakuza.
This 1/6 scale pre-painted figure of Kazuma Kiryu stands approximately 29 cm tall, capturing him in a full-force combat stance. The sculpt faithfully recreates his in-game appearance, wearing a white suit paired with a red shirt. Intricate details such as the fabric weave of the suit, the crocodile leather texture of his shoes, and his cufflinks are meticulously reproduced. The base features an asphalt road with white lines, depicting a scene reminiscent of a street confrontation. His fierce expression and powerful posture exude a formidable aura, showcasing the dominance of the Dragon of Dojima!
