Japan's GOOD SMILE COMPANY has released a new product in its popular "Nendoroid" series, which boasts over a thousand different figures. Following the "Nendoroid Hatsune Miku: Maneki Miku Ver.", they are once again launching a new Hatsune Miku-themed item: the "Nendoroid Hatsune Miku: Kuro Maneki Miku Ver."! The suggested retail price is 7,900 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in October 2025.
Incorporating the auspicious Maneki-neko (beckoning cat) element, the "Nendoroid Hatsune Miku: Kuro Maneki Miku Ver." is based on an illustration by artist Rassu (@rassussu). This 10 cm figure faithfully recreates the cheerful and adorable black cat version of Maneki Miku, featuring a rich palette of colors including fuchsia, purple, and black, an asymmetrical design, and auspicious characters like "壽" (longevity/good fortune), "守" (protection), and "護" (guard).
It comes with three adorable interchangeable face plates: a "smiling face," a "yawning face," and a "scheming face." Accessories include a golden cat-themed "fan" and a "lower body part for sitting," allowing you to enjoy her cute, beckoning cat-like sitting pose!
Additionally, there is a "Nendoroid Hatsune Miku: Kuro Maneki Miku Ver. with Special Cat Cushion Chara-Ani.com Exclusive Set," priced at 8,990 JPY.
