CAPCOM Co., Ltd. of Japan has announced the latest product in its popular collectible figure series featuring cool monster statues from the "Monster Hunter" franchise, the "CAPCOM FIGURE BUILDER Monster Hunter Standard Model Plus" series. The new product, "Standard Model Plus Stone Ver. Vol.1," is scheduled for release in November 2025.
The "Monster Hunter Standard Model Plus" series consists of small statues, approximately 50-150mm in height. Despite their collectible figure size, they boast rich detailed sculpting and paintwork, meticulously reproducing the monsters' delicate scales, feathers, teeth, and other parts, showcasing their highly appealing designs from the game. Each figure also comes with a hexagonal base and a support stand for display.
The "Standard Model Plus Stone Ver." released this time can be seen as a revival of the "Stone Model" sub-series, which was originally released in 2017, now in an evolved Plus version. The included monsters are given a heavy, stone-statue-style gray paint application, combined with a black base color to highlight the rich details of their scales, fur, skin, and more. The first wave of products will feature six monsters: Rathalos, Rathian, Gore Magala, Mizutsune, Odogaron, and Anjanath.
