Danish LEGO toy company yesterday (15th) evening released a wealth of new Star Wars-themed products. This article will introduce the new brick-built astromech droid member, numbered 75416, "Chopper (C1-10P)"! It is scheduled to be released on May 1, 2025, with a suggested retail price of US$99.99.
In the vast Star Wars universe, droids are not only extremely common but also hold a significant place in various aspects such as daily life, combat, and more, including protocol droids, battle droids, probe droids, as well as astromech droids, which specialize in repairing starships, assisting with piloting, navigation, and unlocking.
C1-10P astromech droid, nicknamed Chopper, is one of the key characters with numerous appearances in Star Wars Rebels. Despite being a droid, he is depicted as having a quirky temper. Although his appearance looks somewhat old due to being pieced together from many second-hand parts, Chopper is an indispensable and best helper in the team!
This set contains 1039 pieces and stands approximately 22 cm tall when completed. It faithfully recreates rich body details based on the Star Wars series Ahsoka. In addition to the classic rounded shape of an astromech droid, you can also move the control lever on its back, adjust the antenna, deploy tools from its chest, and manipulate its cute little arms. You can also remove the arms and the central auxiliary wheel to display it as if the arms and wheels are retracted into the body. Paired with a display base featuring an info plaque and a mini version of the Chopper droid figure, it truly gets cuter the more you look at it!
▼ The substantial feel in hand is quite charming!
