Jennifer Lopez, a frequent collaborator with Netflix, has recently starred in two successful action films for the streaming platform: "The Mother" and "Atlas." Now, the two are reportedly planning their third joint project. According to a recent report from Deadline, Lopez's next film for Netflix will be the new project from Robert Zemeckis, the acclaimed director behind the "Back to the Future" franchise.

Zemeckis's upcoming film, "The Last Mrs. Parrish," is an adaptation of Liv Constantine's 2018 novel of the same name. The screenplay was co-written by Andrea Berloff, who penned "The Mother," and John Gatins, who previously collaborated with Zemeckis on "Flight."
Lopez is set to star as a professional con artist who targets a wealthy couple as her next victims. She deliberately befriends the wife while seducing her husband, aiming to usurp her position. However, she soon discovers that the wife's private life is far more complicated than she initially imagined.
