Bandai's GASHAPON capsule toy division is launching a new product based on the classic anime "Sgt. Frog" — the "Sgt. Frog Mark Accessory ~Animal Transformation!~" capsule toy series. Each turn costs 300 JPY, and is scheduled to be released in late August 2025!
"Sgt. Frog" (ケロロ軍曹) is a monthly manga series created by Japanese manga artist Mine Yoshizaki. In 2004, it was adapted into a TV anime by Sunrise, telling the story of Sgt. Keroro and his platoon, who were dispatched from "Keron Star" for reconnaissance but accidentally exposed their presence, leading to a boisterous comedic daily life living with the Hinata family.
GASHAPON's Mark Accessory series features a rubber ring attached to the charm, allowing it to be placed on items like umbrellas for identification, preventing mix-ups! Following the previous "Sgt. Frog Mark Accessory!" released a year ago, the Keroro Platoon is making another appearance in the Mark Accessory series. This time, GASHAPON has created animal-themed outfits for them, featuring five styles: Sgt. Keroro in a pug outfit, Private Tamama in a cat outfit, Corporal Giroro in a rabbit outfit, Sergeant Major Kururu in a red-crowned crane outfit, and Corporal Dororo in an Asiatic black bear outfit. Whether it's Giroro's shy expression or Kururu's peculiar look, they are all incredibly amusing. Toy enthusiasts who love "Sgt. Frog" absolutely shouldn't miss out!
