American toy giant Sideshow Collectibles recently announced a new addition to its "Premium Format Figure" product line, the "Moon Knight" full-body statue, based on MARVEL! Both a regular edition and an exclusive edition will be released simultaneously, with an estimated shipping window from December 2025 to March 2026. The suggested retail prices are US$805 and US$825 respectively.
In the MARVEL comic book setting, Moon Knight's original name is Marc Spector, who suffers from dissociative identity disorder with multiple personalities. Marc has held multiple identities, including a U.S. Marine, CIA agent, and mercenary. Although he was betrayed by a comrade during a mission and died in Egypt, the ancient Egyptian moon god Khonshu made a pact with Marc, making Marc his avatar and transforming him into "Moon Knight," protector of those who walk at night!
This piece stands approximately 59 cm tall, depicting a fierce battle between Moon Knight and Werewolf by Night, two superhuman characters connected to the moon. However, tonight's victor clearly belongs to the Fist of Khonshu! Moon Knight, in a crouching pose, grips Werewolf by Night's throat with his left hand while holding a crescent dart in his right hand. His form-fitting white combat suit reveals extremely muscular contours, and combined with his flowing cape, he exudes a powerful sense of intimidation! The numerous tears in his costume also convey the intensity of this battle.
On the other hand, Werewolf by Night, sprawled on a broken stone pillar, is sculpted with intricate fur texture, and his sharp claws and fangs are painted to convey a lifelike, living quality. A closer look reveals severe gashes on his chest. The relationship between these two combatants can be traced back to the 1970s comic book "Werewolf by Night," where Moon Knight first appeared as an antagonist to Werewolf by Night. In this exclusive edition, SIDESHOW has also included an alternate head sculpt of Werewolf by Night with a classic appearance.
