Japanese brand GOOD SMILE COMPANY's affordable pre-painted PVC figure series, POP UP PARADE L Size, will release a new product based on the anime "Magilumiere Co. Ltd." – the "Sakuragi Kana L size" non-scale pre-painted figure. It has a suggested retail price of 8,800 JPY and is scheduled for release in October 2025!
"Magilumiere Co. Ltd." is a manga series that began in 2021, written by Yuki Iwata and illustrated by Yu Aoki, serialized on "Shonen Jump+". In 2024, it was adapted into a TV anime by Moe Inc. and J.C.STAFF. The story is set in a world plagued by various natural disasters called "Kai-i" (Mysteries/Anomalies). The protagonist, Kana Sakuragi, a recent graduate struggling with job hunting, coincidentally joins "Magilumiere Co. Ltd.", a company responsible for dealing with these Kai-i, becoming a full-time magical girl.
This POP UP PARADE Sakuragi Kana L size stands approximately 21 cm tall. It features her magical girl form after transformation, capturing her dynamic pose holding her standard vehicle, a broom. The sculpting faithfully reproduces the design details of her magical girl outfit, designed by Futakoyama, meticulously showcasing the folds of her clothing and the structure of the broom. The crossed composition and her flowing red twin-tails give the overall figure a strong sense of dynamism.
