ARCANADEA "XenoAlma Trickle Decapodia": A Squid-like Fantasy Creature That Can Also Disassemble into Diverse Expansion Weapon Parts!

KOTOBUKIYA, a Japanese model manufacturer, has officially announced today a brand-new sub-series, "XenoAlma," which further expands the worldview and playability of its fantasy and sci-fi-infused bishoujo plastic model kit series, "ARCANADEA." The second product in this line, "Trickle Decapodia," is scheduled for release in October 2025.

The new "XenoAlma" series features fantasy creature plastic model kits based on various animals, showcasing the worldview of "ARCANADEA." The kits utilize an abundance of clear parts to express their fantastical style, cleverly combining biological forms with armed designs. In addition to being displayed and played with individually in "Monster Mode," they can also link up with "ARCANADEA" DEARS characters, transforming into "Armed Mode" to become expansion weapons and armor for the DEARS.

The second release, "Trickle Decapodia," is a water-element fantasy creature resembling a squid. In "Monster Mode," it stands approximately 20.9 cm tall, featuring an abundance of blue clear parts to represent its clawed tentacles. Its various articulated joints allow for dynamic swimming and attacking poses.

In "Armed Mode," "Trickle Decapodia" can be disassembled into a wealth of accessories, including a crown, shoulder armor, back tentacle units, leg armor, and a spear. It boasts high compatibility with Violet, who is also water-elemental, allowing for diverse armed configurations through its 3mm connection joints and various articulated mechanisms.

Furthermore, "Trickle Decapodia" can link up with the first XenoAlma product, "Hydro Zeeforce," which was announced simultaneously. The two can combine to form the large XenoAlma "Tidal Orcheatos" or the large projectile weapon "Tidal Harpoon."
