Japan's Bandai Namco Group announced the latest products from the "Gundam 45th Anniversary × Hatsune Miku" collaboration project, the "Hatsune Haro Large Plush" and "Hatsune Haro Small Plush Mascot," scheduled for release in August 2025. Pre-orders are now open.
The "Gundam 45th Anniversary × Hatsune Miku" collaboration project, announced in October 2024, will launch a large number of model toys and merchandise this year, featuring collaborations between the Gundam IP and Hatsune Miku. It will also collaborate with Bandai Namco's "Taiko no Tatsujin" and "Gundam EXVS. Series." Furthermore, the official announcement today revealed the collaborative song "Idol Senshi (feat. Hatsune Miku)," which remixes classic theme songs from various past "Gundam" series and incorporates numerous Gundam references.
In addition to inviting multiple illustrators to participate in the production, creating various Hatsune Miku illustrations that blend with famous mobile suits from the "Gundam" series, the collaboration project also integrates the "Gundam" series' iconic mascot, "Haro," with Hatsune Miku's blue-green hair and her twin-tail hair accessories, making it look exceptionally adorable.
This time, Bandai has also produced two plush products featuring this super cute collaboration-exclusive "Hatsune Haro." The large plush stands approximately 27 cm tall, boasting a fluffy and elastic texture, while the small plush mascot is a compact 7 cm tall and comes with a ball chain. Both plush toys faithfully recreate Hatsune Miku's signature hair accessory design, and their ears on both sides can even wiggle up and down, making them incredibly charming!
