Japanese brand GOODSMILE COMPANY's spin-off series "Nendoroid More" (ねんどろいどもあ), which provides more expansion parts for Nendoroids that have released over a thousand characters, is launching a new product based on the super popular anime "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End" — the "Hero Himmel's Statue" character figure. With a suggested retail price of 6,500 JPY, it is scheduled for a limited pre-release at SMILE FEST 2025 in Osaka in June 2025, and will be available for limited sale on the GSC official website starting August 1, 2025!
The statue of Hero Himmel appeared in the second episode of the anime. It was erected by a small village in the Taku region of the Central Lands to commemorate Himmel, who defeated the monsters attacking the village. Over time, the statue grew weeds and rust. Frieren and Fern then took on the task of cleaning the statue. However, the two, with their differing understandings of the concept of time, argued over spending time researching how to grow Himmel's favorite Blue Moon Grass in front of the statue.
This Nendoroid More Himmel's Statue character figure stands approximately 12 cm tall. It transforms the cleaned statue from the anime into an adorable Nendoroid style. The sculpting faithfully reproduces the statue's benevolent smile and Himmel's dynamic sword-wielding pose details. The paintwork recreates the statue's bronze color, and it also includes a Blue Moon Grass flower crown accessory. This can be combined with Nendoroid Frieren to recreate iconic scenes from the series! To faithfully reproduce the sense of weight befitting a statue, GSC has for the first time experimented with using polystone material for its production. This makes the statue approximately 3.6 times heavier than Nendoroid Hero Himmel himself, making it one of the most substantial pieces in the Nendoroid series!
