Japanese toy shopping website "amiami" (あみあみ) has partnered with KADOKAWA's figure brand "KDcolle" to release the latest product based on the popular anime "Gushing over Magical Girls": the "Magia Sulfur" 1/7 scale figure, scheduled for release in February 2026!
Utena's classmate, Kaoruko Tenkawa, usually appears as a prim and proper lady, but in reality, she possesses a wild and extremely sharp-tongued personality. She's also a battle maniac who can attack familiars bare-handed even before transforming. After transforming into Magia Sulfur, she typically plays a defensive role, creating shields to protect her teammates to maintain her image. However, given the chance to reveal her true nature, she unleashes a furious assault with the giant gauntlets equipped on both hands! Her combat prowess and competitive spirit are astonishing, with her only weakness being an extreme fear of octopuses.
The "Magia Sulfur" 1/7 scale figure, approximately 220 mm tall, is based on a specially drawn illustration, bringing the battle-ready Magia Sulfur to life. Her face maintains a composed yet adorable cat-mouth smile, and even in the pose of raising her fists, she appears remarkably elegant. Her yellow magical girl outfit flares up with her forward-leaning posture, while the ruffled skirt, large bow, and golden hair are full of dynamic movement. The gloves and long boots feature different textures emphasized through their paintwork. Additionally, special body parts are included, allowing you to appreciate her passionate, battle-worn state where her clothes are torn but she continues to fight.
The special edition includes an "angry expression part" and a "reversible wall scroll" (B2 size) made with a newly drawn illustration as a bonus!
