Following the "Lion-O" release, renowned poster design and toy company MONDO is once again launching a new product based on the classic American animated series "Thundercats" – the "Mumm-Ra" 1/6 scale articulated figure. With a suggested retail price of US$280, it will be available for limited-time pre-order on the MONDO official website from 12:00 PM CT on May 20, 2025, to 11:00 AM CT on June 20, 2025, with an estimated release in December 2025!
Mumm-Ra, the main antagonist and demon lord of Thundercats, is the immortal incarnation of ancient evil, a sorcerer and demon priest who frequently uses mutants as pawns to attack the Thundercats. Initially, Mumm-Ra's goal was to steal and utilize the Eye of Thundera, but this objective quickly evolved into the core plot of the entire series – the complete annihilation of the Thundercats!
This Mumm-Ra 1/6 scale articulated figure stands approximately 35.5 cm tall, crafted to replicate his appearance from the animation, comics, and other works. The head sculpt's furious gaze is chilling, and the robust muscle lines are faithfully recreated. High-quality fabric is used for the loincloth, cape, and bandages, among other detailed elements!
Accessories include two interchangeable head sculpts, four pairs of interchangeable hands, a helmet, the Sphere of Seti, as well as classic weapons such as a sword, dagger, the Sword of Plun-Darr, and a flaming sword blade. The limited-time version will also include an additional Mumm-Ra the Ever-Living head sculpt, a decaying Mumm-Ra the Ever-Living head sculpt, and a Mumm-Ra the Ever-Living helmet. Furthermore, his loyal dog Ma-Mutt is included, allowing for dynamic battle scenes when displayed with the previously released Lion-O!
