Nintendo's upcoming Switch 2 special edition of "Kirby and the Forgotten Land," which includes the brand-new "Star-Crossed World" expansion, is now available for pre-order at retailers like Walmart. However, official packaging and promotional images have unveiled a mysterious new Kirby form that's unexpectedly setting the internet ablaze.
Beyond the game box and our beloved pink puffball, the promotional art prominently features one of Kirby's latest "Mouthful Mode" transformations: "Spring Kirby." This new form sees Kirby engulfing a giant spring, stretching his body into a tall, slender shape with his feet pressed together. This gives him powerful jumping abilities, allowing him to bounce to previously unreachable heights.
But it's precisely this "spring" design—its perfectly rounded, straight appearance, combined with Kirby's signature pink hue and innocent expression—that has led many netizens to hilarious conclusions. Comments like "Isn't that a male masturbator?" and "Kirby probably has 9 vibration modes when he swallows that thing" have flooded social media. Some fans are even jokingly calling it the "male masturbator bundle," sparking widespread discussion across platforms like Facebook and X (formerly Twitter).
Despite the buzz around its suggestive shape, "Kirby and the Forgotten Land" itself is already a critically acclaimed 3D adventure, marking the first main series "Kirby" title in full 3D. With the new expansion pack adding more planets and ability systems, fans are eagerly anticipating the upcoming Switch 2 version.
