Shueisha's Weekly Shonen JUMP Teams Up with Pokémon for Epic Crossover Art from Eiichiro Oda and More!

Get ready for an epic crossover! Shueisha’s flagship manga magazine, Weekly Shonen JUMP, announced today (7/28) a super-deluxe collaboration project with Pokémon! JUMP’s serialized manga artists will be pairing their own characters with Pokémon to create brand-new collaborative illustrations. The first wave of these incredible artworks will grace the cover of the combined 36th and 37th super-sized issue, hitting shelves on August 4th!

The biggest highlight of this partnership is seeing top serialized manga artists personally step up to draw their characters alongside Pokémon. For instance, Eiichiro Oda, the legendary creator of "One Piece," has drawn "Luffy x Pikachu." Shuhei Miyazaki from "Me & Roboco" has created "Roboco x Mega Blaziken," and Kouji Miura of "Blue Box" has illustrated "Chinatsu Kano x Totodile."

But wait, there's more than just cover art! The official announcement also teased that the 38th issue, releasing on August 18th, will include limited-edition collaboration stickers featuring these new cover illustrations. That’s two consecutive issues packed with awesome goodies, plus a deluxe prize giveaway event featuring these stunning new artworks!

This is a truly monumental occasion: "Weekly Shonen JUMP"'s first official collaboration with "Pokémon" in many years, and it's a massive project involving *all* serialized artists! It's an incredibly rare event in JUMP's history. We can't wait to see more artwork from other manga masters and witness their unique creative styles!
