Japan's biggest doujin event, Comic Market (Comiket), or simply Comiket, kicked off its C106 run from August 15-16. Day one alone saw over a hundred thousand attendees, with a massive gathering of doujin creators and cosplayers.

One cosplayer absolutely stole the show on day one, going viral online for their unbelievably accurate portrayal of Marvel's Iron Man, Tony Stark. Cosplayer NAWOQI (@NAWOQI) nailed the character's vibe, complete with the iconic armor, making them one of the day's biggest highlights.

Turns out, NAWOQI has been rocking the Tony Stark cosplay for a while now. They even snapped a pic with Benedict Cumberbatch, who plays Doctor Strange, at a previous Tokyo Comic Con, recreating that iconic "one shot" moment from "Infinity War." Cumberbatch himself was reportedly blown away by the accuracy!

Friends attending the event also shared his incredible cosplay on X, sparking a huge buzz. Netizens couldn't get over how spot-on not just the costume was, but also his uncanny resemblance to the character!

NAWOQI is a huge fan of Robert John Downey Jr. and often mimics his style. Even though he's over 50, his passion for cosplay remains strong, and he frequently attends various events to showcase his love for the character and the actor.

This wearable Iron Man Mark 85 suit is truly a labor of love. Not only is it incredibly accurate in appearance, but it also features working lights throughout and boasts impressive articulation.
