Japanese precision casting company CASTEM (Kabushiki Kaisha Castem) has a knack for creating fun and uniquely designed products. They’ve previously delighted fans with items like the Godzilla Foot-Shaped Hammer and the One Piece Zoro Stainless Steel Chopstick Rest, both of which garnered significant attention and love from consumers.
Now, CASTEM is teaming up with the legendary fighting manga series "Kinnikuman" to unleash the "Akuma Shogun-Style Sake Cup," themed after the incredibly distinctive "Onidashi no Kama" (Demon-Exposing Cauldron) that appears in the story! Priced at 8,800 JPY, this must-have item is available on the official IRON FACTORY website.
This sake cup's design draws its inspiration directly from the "Onidashi no Kama," which made its debut in chapters 23 and 24 of the manga "Kinnikuman Nisei" (Kinnikuman II Generation). In the story, this legendary cauldron serves as the Devil Choujin world's ultimate "lie detector." Legend has it that if you touch it with ill intent, you'll be instantly scalded; but if your heart is pure and your intentions honorable, nothing will happen at all.
Now, this mythical item has been transformed into a fully functional sake cup you can actually use! Crafted entirely from 100% pure tin, the cup boasts rapid thermal conductivity, making it perfect for instantly bringing out the best flavor in both hot and cold sake. Plus, tin sake vessels are renowned for their ability to "mellow the sake, making it smoother and more enjoyable to drink."
