Marvel Studios has officially announced that "Daredevil: Born Again" will get a third season, with production slated to begin in 2026. This news was confirmed by Brad Winderbaum, Head of Streaming, Television and Animation at Marvel Studios, during an interview with IGN, putting an end to speculation that the series might conclude after its second season.
"Regarding 'Daredevil,' yes, a third season has been greenlit, and we're officially starting production next year," Winderbaum stated.
As a revival of the classic Netflix series "Daredevil," "Born Again" has garnered significant attention since its announcement. Charlie Cox returns to reprise his role as Daredevil, with Vincent D’Onofrio also back as Kingpin.
Previously, Charlie Cox had mistakenly referred to the second season as the "final season," leading many viewers to worry about the show's impending conclusion. However, fans were finally reassured by this official confirmation of a third season.
Details for the second season remain under wraps, but it's known that Krysten Ritter will appear as Jessica Jones, paving the way for more "The Defenders" characters to return. Furthermore, Elden Henson, who briefly cameoed as Foggy Nelson in the reshot premiere, is also set to return in some capacity, sparking enthusiastic fan discussions.
"Daredevil: Born Again" Season 2 is set to debut in early 2026, with Season 3 commencing production shortly thereafter, signaling the continued expansion of the Marvel street-level hero's story.
