Death Stranding 2: On the Beach PC Version Leaked by ESRB, Sony Listed as Publisher

Kojima Productions' PlayStation 5 exclusive sequel, "Death Stranding 2: On the Beach," which launched in June 2025, might be making a surprisingly swift jump to PC. The Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) has seemingly spilled the beans, with new listings accidentally revealing a PC version and, more surprisingly, Sony's direct involvement in its publishing.

According to the ESRB's official website, "Death Stranding 2" for PC is now officially in the rating process. What's raising eyebrows is that Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is listed as the publisher for the PC version.

This is a major shift from the first "Death Stranding," where 505 Games handled PC and other platform publishing, not Sony directly. This move has sparked speculation about Sony's potentially more hands-on approach to the PC market.

While there's no official PC announcement yet, the news isn't entirely shocking. The original "Death Stranding" hit PC less than a year after its PS4 debut, even adding extra features like Photo Mode and ultrawide monitor support. Players are now buzzing with speculation that "Death Stranding 2" on PC could also come packed with enhancements and new goodies.
