This recycled down is sourced from high-quality global down, specifically the secondary down (just below the highest quality primary down) generated during the selection and cleaning process. It undergoes meticulous cleaning, dust removal, and screening at a specialized Japanese factory, resulting in a hygienic and durable product. This upgraded recycled down meets the same high standards as first-grade down, making it a premium choice that balances quality with environmental responsibility.
These new down jackets all feature Nishikawa's specially selected "upgraded recycled down," offering both warmth and an eco-conscious touch. Each jacket boasts four embroidered patches – two on the chest and one on each sleeve – subtly integrating the series' worldviews into the overall design.
The outer fabric is a lightly glossy nylon with a lightweight water-repellent finish. The side pockets feature waterproof zippers, and the interior is lined with cozy fleece.
