Universal Studios Japan (USJ), known for its annual collaborations, has officially unveiled the lineup for its highly anticipated "UNIVERSAL COOL JAPAN" 2026 event.
Following the previously announced debut of Frieren: Beyond Journey's End in the park next June, details have now been revealed for the return of Jujutsu Kaisen, making its comeback after four years. Fans can look forward to an original story 4-D cinema experience and a "Hollywood Dream - The Ride" collaboration, set to officially open on January 30, 2026.
Universal Studios Japan first collaborated with Jujutsu Kaisen in 2022, drawing in massive crowds with its incredibly immersive experience. The entire attraction was even brought to the US park in April 2025, where it also became a huge hit.

For 2026, the "Universal Cool Japan 2026" annual event will feature two major new Jujutsu Kaisen attractions:

"Jujutsu Kaisen: The Real 4-D ~Cursed Clock Tower~" features a brand-new original story, combining 3D visuals, sound effects, lighting, wind, vibrations, and water splashes to fully immerse you in the world of Jujutsu. The story begins when Yuji Itadori, Megumi Fushiguro, Nobara Kugisaki, and others receive a mission to investigate an old Western-style mansion where people have recently gone missing.
Guests will take on the role of a "New Assistant Manager," joining the support mission and stepping into the ominous mansion with the team. From there, you'll be swept into strange phenomena, intense battles, and even events from "Gojo and Geto's Jujutsu High days." Every time a cursed technique is unleashed, it'll feel like cursed energy is exploding right in front of you, delivering an incredibly realistic experience! This attraction will also feature original characters exclusive to the park, adding another exciting highlight.

This collaboration with USJ's famous "Hollywood Dream - The Ride" attraction allows you to hear character voices and background music during the high-speed experience, fully immersing you in the world of the series.
In addition to these two limited-time attractions, officials have also teased Jujutsu Kaisen-themed food and exclusive merchandise. During the last collaboration, a dedicated "Jujutsu High Cafeteria" was opened, featuring a life-sized Satoru Gojo statue with incredibly realistic skin texture, seated on a sofa like Ronald McDonald (?!), ready to hang out with you. There's a chance it might make a comeback this time too!
