Former VTuber member "Suzuhara Lulu" (鈴原るる) from ANYCOLOR's virtual idol agency NIJISANJI, retired from the VTuber scene in June 2021 due to harassment from malicious fans.
Early December saw fans buzzing after Suzuhara Lulu's YouTube channel archives suddenly went public again, sparking massive speculation about her return. And guess what? Today (12/16), NIJISANJI officially dropped a teaser video for Suzuhara Lulu, complete with a "Coming Soon" tag for December 23, sending fans into an absolute frenzy!
"Suzuhara Lulu" (鈴原るる) was a NIJISANJI member who debuted in May 2019. After two years, she chose to graduate due to unresolvable harassment incidents, leaving many fans heartbroken for the VTuber affectionately known as the "Demon Realm Art Student."
Her streams primarily featured game playthroughs and casual chats. When discussing future plans, she would often host singing-themed streams. Her love for challenging high-difficulty games, combined with her elegant yet gentle demeanor, earned her a devoted fanbase.
The official video description reads: "On this palette, let's layer our memories, one by one. December 23 (Tuesday) 22:00 JST... Please look forward to it..." Seriously, how can that *not* scream comeback?! QQ
What's more, Suzuhara Lulu's page has even reappeared on NIJISANJI's official TALENT roster!
And she even tweeted herself! This is definitely a revival!
Given that her graduation was due to malicious harassment, many fans felt her departure was a huge loss. But now that her return is confirmed, it's an absolute game-changer! While there have been cases of graduated VTubers returning before, coming back after such a long hiatus is bound to bring fans to tears of joy! QQ
