The official X (formerly Twitter) account for the Digimon anime pulled a super weird stunt on May 30th, posting a message almost entirely made up of "0s" and "1s." It looked like some kind of cryptic puzzle, and naturally, it blew up online.
For those in the know, this seemingly random string of numbers was, of course, a binary message. Once decoded, it revealed:
"May 2nd (Sat) 8 PM, 'Our War Game!' will be released on the Digimon official channel."
Now, "Digimon Adventure: Our War Game!" is a classic theatrical film from 2000, directed by Mamoru Hosoda, who later gained fame for "Summer Wars." It's widely considered one of the greatest masterpieces in the entire Digimon franchise.
Fans absolutely loved this "0s and 1s" teaser, praising it for its true Digimon spirit. The comment section exploded with excitement: "They actually used this to make us decode it lol," "I'm rewatching the series right now, I tried so hard to solve it myself," "This is a god-tier teaser!"
