Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio, the masterminds behind the "Like a Dragon" series, dropped a bombshell on May 7th, revealing the star-studded cast for their brand-new title, Stranger Than Heaven. Get ready for appearances from none other than pop sensation Ado, the late legendary actor Bunta Sugawara (voiced by Takeshi Ujii), and even Snoop Dogg!
Here's the kicker: Ado, who's famously kept her face under wraps, is getting a full-on reveal as her in-game character, ADO. This has naturally sent fans into a frenzy, with everyone asking, "Is that *actually* what Ado looks like?!" The buzz was so loud that studio representative Masayoshi Yokoyama addressed the burning question in a developer interview yesterday, sharing his take.
During the developer interview, Yokoyama flat-out denied it: "That's not her real face. Let me be clear, it's absolutely not."
He explained that the character was originally crafted by a designer, then sent to Ado's team for approval and feedback before the final design was locked in.

But then, Yokoyama playfully added, "Honestly though, I don't even know if it *doesn't* look like the real Ado. Maybe it's just a miraculous coincidence!" His comment got a good laugh from everyone present.

This isn't the first time Ado has teased fans with her appearance. Her previous new single, "Vivarium," featured her first-ever "live-action" MV, though her face remained unidentifiable – just enough to fuel fan curiosity.

Stranger Than Heaven is slated for a winter release this year on PC (Steam), PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. Store pages and the official website are already live, so keep an eye out for more updates!
