A new trend has recently swept across X (formerly Twitter) in Japan: the "Abnormal Adult Female War." This humorously self-deprecating term describes adult women who pour immense passion into specific characters, amassing colossal collections of merchandise over long periods.
The battle kicked off with a Bulbasaur trainer, ほしこ(@h_hoshiko_), who declared war on X by unveiling her incredible collection. Her room is practically overflowing with Bulbasaur plushies and merch, with shelves and cabinets completely taken over by her impressive hoard.
The post quickly ignited a frenzy among Pokémon fans, with numerous trainers joining the fray to showcase their long-standing devotion to their favorite Pokémon.
Pikachu, naturally, made a grand entrance. One trainer flaunted a room utterly conquered by Pikachu, a dense mountain of figures and gashapon that's truly a sight to behold.
Another trainer showed off meticulously arranged display cases, packed with various costumed and limited-edition Pikachu plushies and outfits, effectively transforming their room into a vibrant yellow lightning paradise.
Then there was the Glaceon trainer, whose room was a stunning sea of blue, neatly lined with countless Glaceon plushies and merchandise, creating an amazing visual impact.

A Ditto trainer also shared their space, with shelves and beds piled high with pinkish-purple Ditto plushies. Their signature goofy expressions created a soft, comforting, and utterly adorable vibe.

Jigglypuff trainers joined the fray too, with white double-row cabinets overflowing with Jigglypuff plushies of all styles and expressions. Even their daily outfits, makeup, and household items featured Jigglypuff motifs.

Quagsire trainers entered the battle with a mountain of plushies, countless Quagsires grinning goofily at the camera. Display cases were neatly organized with figures and merch, creating an oddly comforting feeling of being surrounded by pure joy.

And then there's the Hitmonlee trainer, who not only collects tons of plushies but also dresses them in adorable little outfits. A whole chain of them hangs on the wall, and they even carry an "ita-bag" (a bag decorated with badges and merchandise of a character) stuffed with Hitmonlee when out and about, truly embodying their dedication to their main squeeze.

After seeing all these trainers' collections, it's clear every single one is absolutely jaw-dropping. Amassing Pokémon to this scale isn't just about passion; it takes years of dedication and continuous investment. Seriously impressive!
