To celebrate a quarter-century of mayhem, Black Lagoon is dropping a pair of commemorative chronograph watches that perfectly capture the series' gritty aesthetic. Two distinct models are available, themed after the iconic Lagoon Company and the formidable Hotel Moscow. Each design is limited to just 2,001 pieces, with pre-orders opening on June 19, 2026, via fulton japan.
The "Black Lagoon 25th Anniversary Chronograph Watch" collection is engineered with the series' signature smell of gunpowder and gangster flair in mind.
Both the "Lagoon Company" and "Hotel Moscow" models are limited to 2,001 units each. They feature solid stainless steel cases, reliable Japanese chronograph movements, and screw-down case backs, emphasizing durability and practicality for even the most demanding daily operations.

Decked out in a stealthy black and gunmetal gray, this model radiates a cool, hard-edged vibe. The dial features a metal Lagoon Company logo, while the 9 o'clock subdial incorporates a design element inspired by Revy's iconic Beretta 92FS Inox "Sword Cutlass" pistols. The second hand is cleverly shaped like a 9mm bullet.
To mark the 25th anniversary, two natural diamonds are set at the 25-minute marker. The watch also comes with a special 25th-anniversary stainless steel dog tag, a hairline-finish guarantee card, and a custom collector's box.

This version uses a striking silver-and-black contrast to project a sense of military discipline and authority. The dial showcases the metal Hotel Moscow logo, and the 6 o'clock subdial features a design inspired by the safety selector on Balalaika's preferred Stechkin APS automatic pistol.
The second hand is styled after a 5.45mm bullet, and like its counterpart, this watch includes two natural diamonds at the 25-minute mark. It also comes with the 25th-anniversary dog tag, guarantee card, and collector's box.
As a bonus, each watch purchase includes a message card from creator Rei Hiroe, featuring an illustration of Revy for the Lagoon Company model and Balalaika for the Hotel Moscow version.
