German horror film director Uwe Boll's latest action film, "Citizen Vigilante," has sparked considerable debate. The movie, which tackles the sensitive issue of vigilante justice against immigrant criminals in Europe, has drawn significant criticism and was banned in countries like Germany and the UK. This controversy even caught the attention of Elon Musk, who decided to obtain authorization from Boll to stream the entire film for free for a limited time on his official X page as a form of protest.

However, the film's star, Armie Hammer, has reportedly changed his tune, now claiming he dislikes the movie. According to an exclusive leak from close associates of Hammer to Puck News, the actor was deeply disappointed after seeing the final cut, finding the content "repugnant and nauseating," and stating it wasn't the film he initially agreed to make.
Hammer reportedly knew the film had a distinct conservative bent beforehand but didn't anticipate the final message would be so radical. He also stated that Boll worked quickly, initially providing him with only a brief script rather than a complete version. Hammer expressed his frustration, noting that he had been blacklisted by Hollywood for several years due to sex scandals and was desperate for acting opportunities, accepting any work that came his way, which is why he agreed to take on the role.
