Created by manga artist Keisuke Itagaki, the Baki manga franchise began in 1991 and has since expanded through multiple series. Now celebrating its 35th anniversary, the franchise has surpassed 100 million copies in sales.
The anime BAKI-DOU: The Invincible Samurai, which debuted this year, has now teamed up with anime and pop-culture fashion brand AIR TWOKYO for a collection of apparel and merchandise. The designs feature memorable moments starring Baki Hanma, Kaoru Hanayama, Retsu Kaioh, and more. The collection is now available through the brand’s official website.
For the new collection, several iconic scenes from BAKI-DOU: The Invincible Samurai have been redrawn as illustrations and incorporated into the apparel and merchandise designs.
The lineup covers everything from everyday T-shirts, lightweight long-sleeve tees, hoodies, and jackets to an extensive range of accessories that fully channel the anime’s hard-hitting world.
