Bandai’s Lifestyle division has announced a new lineup of Mobile Suit Gundam bags inspired by the backpack units worn by three classic mobile suits. Sling one of these backpacks over your shoulders and you can head out feeling like an MS launching into battle. The lineup includes Gundam, Zaku, and Gouf designs, each priced at ¥5,940. Preorders are now open through Premium Bandai Japan, with shipping scheduled for December 2026.
Each bag takes design cues from the equipment mounted on the back of its respective mobile suit from Mobile Suit Gundam and measures approximately 33 cm wide, 45 cm tall, and 12 cm deep. Along with plenty of storage space, it features a versatile 2-way design that can be carried as either a tote bag or a backpack. Wear it on your back for the full mobile suit experience, or carry it by the handles for an equally distinctive look.
The lineup features three designs: the Gundam Version, Zaku Version, and Gouf Version. A new mini Gundam Version sized for children is also available.
