“Spider-Man” star Tobey Maguire officiated his ex-wife’s wedding just weeks after finalizing his divorce from jewelry designer Jennifer Meyer. According to wedding photos obtained by PEOPLE, Meyer married Geoffrey Ogunlesi—the son of Nigerian billionaire, attorney and investment banker Adebayo Ogunlesi—on Saturday at the Four Seasons Resort Lanai in Hawaii.
Maguire and Meyer met in 2003, married in September 2007 and separated in June 2016. Meyer filed for divorce in 2020, while Maguire submitted his response in July 2025. The proceedings were not officially completed until September 21, 2026, more than a decade after their separation.
Despite the end of their marriage, the two have remained committed co-parents. Meyer previously revealed that she and Maguire agreed from the outset to put their children’s needs first while continuing to care about each other and stay involved in one another’s lives. She added that the family still travels, celebrates holidays and marks birthdays together, while her new partner also gets along well with Maguire.
Meyer acknowledged that co-parenting has not always been easy, but said the children have remained their top priority. Describing her relationship with her ex-husband, she said, “He is my brother. I love him to death.”
