Originating in Nagoya and with branches also in Taiwan, Komeda Coffee (コメダ珈琲店) is renowned as one of the coffee shops famous for 'menu fraud.' However, their 'menu fraud' isn't about the menu pictures looking much better than the actual food; it's the exact opposite, an incredible phenomenon: burgers that appear ordinary and not particularly filling on the menu arrive in surprisingly huge portions that defy expectations.
Another characteristic of Komeda Coffee is that with any drink order, a small packet of 'Komeda Mamegashi' is served as a complimentary snack. Its crispy texture paired with a drink makes for a very pleasant experience.
Recently on Twitter, a topic related to Komeda Mamegashi emerged, namely: it turns out this bean snack can actually be reordered! (In Japan)

Manga artist 'Bonsin (@sokusekimaou)' recently posted on Twitter, stating that despite having visited Komeda for many years, he only recently discovered that 'that bean snack' can be added for just 10 JPY!

Due to the incredibly low price, many users who were also unaware of this news were quite shocked. The tweet also garnered over 6,000 retweets, demonstrating how much everyone wants to reorder the Komeda Mamegashi (?).
Some users also added that in Japan, Komeda also allows customers to add whipped cream for a reasonable 80 JPY, allowing them to enjoy a delightfully indulgent drink.

For those who want to enjoy the bean snack at home anytime, Komeda Japan also sells large-quantity options: '50 packs for 500 JPY, 100 packs for 1000 JPY.' It's safe to say that for just a few coins, you can become a 'Mamegashi millionaire.'

As for Komeda Coffee in Taiwan, they offer a family-sized 'Komeda Mamegashi' option of '20 packs for 200 NTD' on their menu. However, the menu doesn't specify if individual packs can be purchased.
If you really love this bean snack, buying 20 packs at once seems acceptable... right?
