The popular action figure series 'AMAZING YAMAGUCHI', developed by Japanese model maker Kaiyodo, recently showcased painted samples of two previously announced new figures, 'Female Titan' and 'Armored Titan', following the already released Attack on Titan. Release dates are yet to be determined.
The 'AMAZING YAMAGUCHI' series is an action figure line overseen by Kaiyodo's renowned sculptor, Katsuhisa Yamaguchi. It utilizes the highly acclaimed Revoltech joint parts to provide an extremely flexible range of motion, allowing for dynamic battle poses from the original work with various accessories and effects.
From the currently displayed painted samples of the 'Female Titan' and 'Armored Titan', it is evident that the overall sculpting faithfully recreates the original designs. The Female Titan's muscle texture and hardened calves, and the Armored Titan's hardened armor covering its body, have been meticulously crafted. Furthermore, the flexible and natural Revoltech joint design allows for the recreation of the Female Titan's characteristic kicking techniques and the Armored Titan's powerful charging poses.
