A fan-made metal model based on the classic video game series "Kirby" has been blowing up on Twitter (now X) recently. User ロト (@roto7360) shared their custom-made metal display stand featuring a Waddle Dee holding an umbrella, and its incredible detail and clever design have fans convinced it could be official merchandise, with netizens exclaiming, "Top-tier craftsmanship and impeccable design taste!"
ロト, a huge fan of the "Kirby" series, took on the challenge of crafting a metal Waddle Dee model display stand as part of a research project. Waddle Dee is one of the most beloved characters in the series, and its iconic image floating down from the sky with an umbrella is etched into many fans' memories.
The metal display stand is ingeniously designed. At the very top, you can spot Kracko, the classic cloud-like spherical antagonist from the game, complete with spiky details. Waddle Dee hangs directly below Kracko, connected by a delicate chain, giving the entire piece depth and a natural, swaying motion. A gentle tap on Waddle Dee makes it sway just like in the game, bringing the visual effects to life.
After ロト shared this creation on Twitter, it garnered a massive wave of praise from netizens. Comments poured in like: "The way it sways is too cute!" "This is art-level craftsmanship!" and "The overall design is so genius it gives me goosebumps!" Others lauded the quality: "It's astonishing how detailed a metal product can be!"
