"Detective Conan" Creator Gosho Aoyama Draws "Harry Potter" Illustration! Ultimate Glasses Guys Unite for Anniversary Project

J.K. Rowling's "Harry Potter" novels weren't just massive bestsellers; the live-action film series that followed achieved unprecedented popularity. This year marks the 25th anniversary of the first film, "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone."

To celebrate this milestone in Japan, a special collaboration with "Detective Conan" has been announced! Creator Gosho Aoyama has personally drawn an exclusive illustration of protagonist "Harry Potter." This artwork will be on display at the "Harry Potter Mahou Dokoro" Yokohama Landmark Plaza store until the end of February.

The illustration is also featured in the 9th issue of "Weekly Shonen Sunday," released on January 28th. Coinciding with the 30th anniversary of "Detective Conan" serialization, the official collaboration is themed "Ultimate Glasses Guys," with Gosho Aoyama himself taking the helm to draw the "Harry Potter" illustration! The artwork even includes a handwritten message from Aoyama-sensei: "Conan x Harry Potter, let's do this~♪"
