ASUS recently announced the launch of a limited-edition graphics card, the ROG Astral GeForce RTX 5090 Dhahab Edition. This "gold edition" GPU, resembling a solid gold bar, is exclusively tailored for the Middle Eastern market. Its gold theme intricately blends the grandeur of skyscrapers with the cultural might of the region, symbolizing its rapid development and prosperity.
The name "Dhahab" in ROG Astral GeForce RTX 5090 Dhahab is Arabic for "gold" or "golden." This linguistic connection is visually manifest in the card's distinguished design, crafted to evoke the luxurious appearance of a gold ingot.
The RTX 5090 Dhahab Edition maintains the ROG Astral series' signature four-fan cooling system, enhanced by patented vapor chamber technology. This, combined with high-density heatsink fins and phase-change GPU thermal pads, ensures exceptional thermal performance. Further elevating its luxurious appeal, the graphics card features a custom metal GPU bracket adorned with a gold-plated finish. Its front fascia is intricately detailed with Arabic calligraphy, embodying the core Middle Eastern values of strength, courage, and unity.
As ASUS's flagship graphics card, the ROG Astral RTX 5090 Dhahab Edition boasts not only top-tier hardware specifications but also a remarkably distinctive aesthetic. Its golden exterior symbolizes the burgeoning modern urban landscape of the Middle East, while a unique skyline pattern vividly portrays the majestic interplay between desert and towering skyscrapers, reflecting the region's evolution from tradition to modernity.
Naturally, given its "gold bar" aesthetic and bespoke design for the Middle Eastern market, the price point is expected to be as substantial as one might imagine. The official retail price for the standard RTX 5090 Astral Edition already stands at a hefty $3080 USD, and the Dhahab Edition, as a special release, is projected to command an even higher premium. Nevertheless, this limited-release graphics card represents a fusion of cutting-edge technology and artistic craftsmanship, offering a truly luxurious option for enthusiasts seeking unparalleled performance and exclusive design.
