Beyond the blockbuster announcement of Pokémon Legends: Z-A, the recent Pokémon Presents showcase also dropped a ton of updates for its mobile titles. For trainers invested in the mobile ecosystem, there's a lot to look forward to, especially with the packed event schedule coming to Pokémon GO.
Pokémon GO
First up, while the Pokémon GO Tour: Unova – Global event was already on the calendar for March 1-2, 2025, we now have confirmation that Legendary Pokémon Black Kyurem and White Kyurem will be hitting raids. Additionally, a special research event will offer a chance to encounter a Shiny Meloetta (Aria Forme), and a paid ticket will grant an encounter with Victini.
But the action doesn't stop there. Right after the Unova Tour wraps up, the highly anticipated battle-ready Pokémon, Urshifu, will make its debut alongside its pre-evolution, Kubfu. This event is set to run from March 4 to June 3, 2025.
Pokémon Sleep
Over in the world of Pokémon Sleep, the Pokémon Presents broadcast revealed that the Legendary Pokémon Cresselia and Darkrai will be making their sleepy debuts at the end of March this year. And to celebrate Pokémon Day, starting February 27, players will be gifted 1,000 Diamonds and 10 Poké Biscuits.
Pokémon Masters EX
Meanwhile, Pokémon Masters EX is celebrating its 5.5 anniversary in style. The game is rolling out two new Master Sync Pairs announced during the Pokémon Presents stream: Champion May & Kyogre and Champion Brendan & Groudon.
Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket
Finally, the hit digital card game, Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket, is getting a major update. On February 28, 2025, the game will add the new "Light of Transcendence" expansion set, featuring the Mythical Pokémon Arceus and many others.
