Universal Studios Japan (USJ) consistently delivers fresh collaborations each year. Their latest hit, the "Doraemon 4-D Art Adventure ~Nobita's Earth Symphony~" attraction, which opened in February, has already sparked massive excitement, making it a top pick for many visitors.
Now, in celebration of the 10th anniversary of the annual "UNIVERSAL COOL JAPAN" event, USJ has announced an epic new collaboration with the smash-hit anime "SPY×FAMILY"! Get ready for the franchise's first-ever VR roller coaster, the "SPY×FAMILY XR Ride," plunging fans headfirst into the thrilling world of spies! This limited-time experience will run from July 1, 2025, to January 4, 2026.
During "UNIVERSAL COOL JAPAN 2023," the "SPY×FAMILY" collaboration featured the "SPY×FAMILY Secret Mission" — an interactive puzzle-solving show! Guests received a "Top Secret Mission Brief" from the Forger family upon entry, then scoured the park to uncover mysteries and crack codes. Successfully solving the puzzles within the time limit led them to a designated meeting point for the grand finale show.
This time, USJ is rolling out multiple ultra-immersive attractions, letting everyone dive deep into the world of "SPY×FAMILY"!
SPY×FAMILY XR Ride (VR Roller Coaster)

▼ Guests will don VR headsets and hop aboard the coaster for a completely unique "SPY×FAMILY" experience.

SPY×FAMILY Exciting! USJ Park Rally (USJ Park Challenge Game)
This interactive park rally will take place across the New York, San Francisco, and Hollywood areas. Guests will team up with the Forger family to tackle spy missions and crack puzzles!
