Currently filming in the UK, "Avengers: Doomsday" has reportedly brought back numerous actors from the Fox-era "X-Men" franchise, setting the stage for a dream crossover with MCU heroes. This has led many fans to wonder if the film will feature a clash between the two iconic teams. According to a new exclusive scoop from renowned entertainment journalist Daniel Richtman, that possibility appears extremely high.

Richtman revealed on his Patreon today that "Doomsday" is currently filming an epic battle sequence featuring X-Men and Avengers members. Both factions are reportedly sporting new, highly comic-accurate costumes, suggesting that fans' long-held wishes are set to come true.
Beyond the Avengers, Richtman also noted that Marvel Studios is developing a film for the cosmic team "Annihilators." In the comics, this formidable roster has included characters like Quasar, Gladiator, Ronan the Accuser, and Silver Surfer, though the specific lineup for the cinematic version remains unknown at this time. Furthermore, Richtman, who previously reported in February that Marvel was planning future animated feature films, added today that these upcoming animated projects are slated for theatrical release, not just streaming.
