Created by illustrator Nagano, Chiikawa exploded onto the scene in 2020 and quickly became a global phenomenon. Its unique style captivated audiences even further after the TV anime adaptation, making it a beloved franchise for fans everywhere.
Today, the official Chiikawa X (formerly Twitter) account dropped a six-panel comic featuring Hachiware sharing their "latest culinary invention" – a special twist on Myojo Charumera instant noodles. The post immediately sparked a frenzy of discussion, with fans clamoring, "I gotta learn this!" and "That looks amazing!"
In fact, Chiikawa is currently in a collaboration with Myojo Charumera, offering co-branded cup and bag instant noodles.

In the comic, Hachiware and Chiikawa are enjoying instant noodles together when Hachiware presents their self-developed recipe to Chiikawa:

The cooking method is super simple: first, cook the noodles with Charumera's seasoning packet, tomato juice, and water, then finish by sprinkling powdered cheese on top.

Hachiware dubbed this dish "Assassin's Charumera." Upon seeing the bowl, Chiikawa's mind conjured an image of a "terrifying grim reaper uncle," making them feel like they couldn't even eat it... Hachiware could only offer a comforting, "Uh... is it a bit too scary?" And that's where the story ends.

The post instantly garnered an enthusiastic response from netizens, with the "Assassin's Way of Eating" quickly becoming a hot topic. Comments poured in: "I definitely have to eat this!", "It looks so incredibly delicious!", "Myojo Charumera is going to sell out!", and "I'm going to challenge myself to make this next time."
If you get the chance, why not give Nagano-sensei's Hachiware-style "Assassin's instant noodle recipe" a try? Just a heads-up, though: your editor can't guarantee it'll taste good! ?
