He completely revamped and repainted it, transforming it into a stunning homage to classic Gundam model box art. The results? Absolutely mind-blowing for netizens!
The "ChocoSap Mobile Suit Gundam" series is all about delicious fun and the thrill of the unknown! Each gashapon-style chocolate ball, roughly 52mm in diameter, combines milk and white chocolate, hiding a 45-55mm gray-molded mini-figure inside. The Gundam lineup boasts a massive 19 different mobile suits, making it the biggest ChocoSap collection ever!
At first glance, annkoromoti's creation looks like a flat "Gundam model box" illustration. But lean in closer, and you'll realize it's a completely handmade, three-dimensional recreation of the entire outer box!
He painted the 5cm Gyan candy toy in that iconic box art style, then crafted a display stand that perfectly mimics the "1/144 M'Quve's Gyan" box. The background, product name, Gundam logo, and even M'Quve himself in the bottom right corner are all flawlessly reproduced.
What's even crazier? He even painted the "introduction panels" for other mobile suits on the side of the display stand, just like vintage box art! Those tiny Gundam characters? All hand-drawn by him! He admitted it was incredibly time-consuming but said he "finished it in one go." Remember, the Gyan itself is only 5cm, so this display box is also tiny, making those detailed drawings no easy feat.
