Aoyama DECARBO x Crayon Shin-chan Airplane Tin: European Tile & Jewelry Box Vibe Makes This a Must-Have for Fans!

Created by manga artist Yoshito Usui, Crayon Shin-chan has been a national treasure in Japan since its TV anime adaptation in 1992. It continues to release theatrical films annually, with this year's 31st installment, "Crayon Shin-chan the Movie: Our Dinosaur Diary," receiving rave reviews.

Now, the beloved series is teaming up with dessert brand "Aoyama DECARBO" (青山デカーボ) to launch a brand-new collaboration: the "Crayon Shin-chan Airplane Tin"! This "adult-cute" dessert tin features a stunning stained-glass art style. It's set to take off on November 6th at the JAL PLAZA FLIGHT SHOP in Haneda Airport.

"Aoyama DECARBO" (青山デカーボ) is a highly popular souvenir brand, celebrated for its exquisitely designed tins. From its inception, the brand's packaging has consistently impressed, and its frequent collaborations with anime series always result in highly sought-after products.

This "Crayon Shin-chan Airplane Tin" includes:

Salted cocoa cookies, a Shiro plushie (2 designs, 1 random), and one travel-themed sticker (4 designs, 1 random).

The tin's exterior features "Shin-chan and Shiro in formal attire, posing in front of a castle." Shin-chan and Shiro's faces are even embossed, giving it a super cute and premium feel.

What's truly special is that the design intentionally leaves space around the main image, framing it with a "pearl-textured embossed border." The overall effect makes it look just like a luxurious jewelry box.

The sides of the tin are adorned with a European tile pattern, depicting "Shin-chan and his crew on their journey to the castle." It's packed with adorable little details: Shin-chan and Shiro snapping photos at the airport, Himawari striking a pose with an airplane backdrop, the siblings chilling in the cabin—and wait, is that Shiro in the cockpit?! This setup is just too cute! Plus, if you peel off the label on the bottom of the tin, you'll find a hidden illustration of "Himawari and an airplane."

To celebrate this collaboration, the JAL PLAZA FLIGHT SHOP at Haneda Airport will also be selling a limited edition of 300 special mugs. The mug's design mirrors the tile pattern from the tin's side, and it even has a hidden "Himawari and airplane" illustration on the bottom, echoing the cookie tin's secret Easter egg.
