This time, we're spotlighting an international visual artist and TikToker, Nerd Muffin. He's cooked up some absolutely wild Gunpla custom builds, fusing them with elements from the hit manga "Chainsaw Man"! His creations, themed around Chainsaw Man and the Bomb Devil, are so sick they've got netizens everywhere raving about his creativity and skill.
Based in the Philippines, Nerd Muffin usually shares his custom Gundam models and American comic character toys on TikTok. But for this project? He's plunged Gundam straight into the "Chainsaw Man" universe.
For the Chainsaw Man build, Nerd Muffin cleverly used parts from the "Mobile Suit Gundam 00" Exia Gundam kit, while the lower body hails from the Barbatos Lupus Rex from "Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans". He then slapped on some custom-made chainsaw weapons for the head and arms. The silver paint job, complete with bloodstains on the chainsaws, seriously elevates the whole look!
And when posed dynamically, it looks even more menacing!
Now, for the other build, the Bomb Devil: Nerd Muffin hasn't spilled the beans on which Gunpla kits he used for this one. But with its slick, jet-black exterior, the explosive-laden skirt, and that iconic bomb-head, the attention to detail is absolutely spot-on, delivering a seriously faithful recreation!
And when posed dynamically, it perfectly channels the Bomb Devil Reze's explosive combat style straight out of the anime!
