Illustrator Nagano's hit series, Chiikawa, has taken the world by storm! After its anime adaptation, the unique art style and charming characters have captivated fans everywhere, leading to a never-ending stream of merchandise that makes it a true icon of fandom culture.
Now, Chiikawa is joining forces with Myojo Foods' instant noodle brands, "Charumera" (bagged and cup noodles), to celebrate their 60th anniversary! This limited-edition collaboration packaging is set to hit shelves across Japan starting mid-March 2026, with a limited release.

Believe it or not, a ramen that looks suspiciously like "Charumera" – called "Charimera" – actually appeared in the Chiikawa series! This fun nod sparked their first collaboration back in 2021, making this their fourth team-up!

To mark Charumera's 60th anniversary, all products will keep their beloved original flavors, but the brand name will be playfully changed to the adorable "Charimera," and the packaging will get a complete collaborative makeover. The designs are vibrant and cute, with little character Easter eggs hidden throughout the packaging for fans to discover.
The limited-edition packaging will be available for these products:
Bagged Noodles (5-pack)
Myojo Charumera Soy Sauce Ramen

Miyazaki Spicy Noodles

Extra Hard Noodle Tonkotsu Flavor

Cup Noodles

This special series will be available at major retailers across Japan starting mid-March. Fans looking to snag these adorable noodles should keep an eye out!
