The RPG classic, Dragon Quest, officially celebrates its 40th anniversary this year, remaining one of SQUARE ENIX's flagship franchises. Naturally, the year is packed with anniversary events and special projects.
Recently, the mobile location-based RPG, Dragon Quest Walk, announced its first-ever collaboration with Japanese restaurant chain Yoshinoya for an "Adventurer Support Campaign." This epic crossover includes limited-edition meal sets with original figures, an in-app point collection system for exclusive merchandise, special takeout packaging, and even limited-edition collaboration items available through Yoshinoya's official online store. The event runs from July 2 to August 26, 2026.

During the campaign, Yoshinoya will offer the "Dragon Quest Walk Set" in-store, which includes a gyudon (beef bowl), a mini salad, and an original figure. The event is split into two waves:
