Bunny Boy Sephiroth Steals the Show at C108! Thai Cosplayer Thames Goes Viral with Epic FF7 Cosplay

Japan's biggest doujin event, "Comic Market" (Comiket, C108), hit Tokyo Big Sight on August 15-16. Despite scorching heat and even heavy rain, massive crowds and cosplayers flocked to the two-day extravaganza, proving nothing could dampen their hype!

This year, Thai cosplayer "Thames" (@thames_malerose) joined the fray, turning heads with his incredible take on Sephiroth from "Final Fantasy VII." But here's the kicker: he rocked a "bunny boy" outfit! Naturally, this jaw-dropping look became the talk of the convention floor and social media.

Hailing from Thailand, Thames isn't just a cosplayer; he's also the bassist for the Thai visual kei rock band MaleRose.

With over a decade of cosplay experience under his belt, Thames is no stranger to the scene. He snagged third place at the World Cosplay Summit in Nagoya, Japan, in 2022, and in 2024, he was crowned Best Cosplay Influencer at the Japan Expo Thailand. It's no surprise he's amassed a huge following across social media!

His choice to cosplay Sephiroth from "Final Fantasy VII" at C108 wasn't a shocker; Thames' tall, handsome physique has always made him a perfect fit for such iconic characters.

But who saw this coming? Sephiroth in a bunny boy outfit! Sporting black fishnet stockings, thigh-high boots, and his signature "Masamune" sword, Thames exuded an undeniable aura that drew in countless fans eager for a photo op.

Thames has a ton of other awesome cosplay work, so definitely check out his X account – you won't be disappointed!
