SEGA's Sakura Wars series officially marks its 30th anniversary in 2026. Over the past three decades, the landmark franchise has expanded far beyond games, inspiring stage productions, anime, manga, and more.
Now, a new anniversary collectible is joining the celebration: the Kobu Ichiro Ogami Model pocket watch, based on the Kobu Spiricle Armor piloted by Ichiro Ogami. Manufactured by watchmaker TOEI, it is priced at 11,000 yen and limited to 2,026 units. Preorders are now open through the FULTON JAPAN website.
The front cover recreates Ichiro Ogami's Kobu in sculpted metal. Its weighty finish and finely worked details capture the armor's formidable presence, giving the watch a suitably substantial look and feel.
Flip open the cover to reveal a dial inspired by the Kobu's cockpit. Alongside a flurry of decorative cherry blossoms, the design is engraved with the release dates of titles from across the series.
The custom presentation box is wrapped in white PU leather, echoing Ichiro Ogami's signature uniform. The Imperial Combat Revue emblem adorns the front, while the back features the Sakura Wars 30th anniversary logo. Every detail is designed to pull collectors straight into the franchise's world.
The included warranty card also features special artwork of the six members of the Imperial Combat Revue's Flower Division: Sakura Shinguji, Sumire Kanzaki, Maria Tachibana, Iris, Kohran Li, and Kanna Kirishima, making it another collectible in its own right.
