Japan Post is no stranger to anime collaborations. Its previous team-ups with Chiikawa, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and JoJo's Bizarre Adventure have produced plenty of highly sought-after collectibles that can hold their own against releases from major merchandise brands.
Japan Post has now announced a collaboration with the evergreen favorite Doraemon. Produced by Ensky, the original manga "letter" illustration-themed merchandise collection will go on sale starting October 9 through the Japan Post online store and at the counters of approximately 470 post offices across Japan.
The collection centers on an illustration from the original manga featuring Doraemon holding a letter. The six-item lineup includes a letter-themed plush mascot keychain, pouch, tape measure, transparent stickers, kraft paper envelope set, and kraft paper tape.
