Sydney Sweeney’s upcoming "Sleepy Hollow" reimagining, "Hollow," is eyeing another major addition to its cast. Nicholas Galitzine, the latest actor to play He-Man in live action, is in talks to star as Ichabod Crane, the role previously played by Johnny Depp in the 1999 film.
Sweeney will play Katrina Van Tassel, while rising "Off Campus" star Belmont Cameli, pictured below, is set to portray fellow male lead Brom Bones. The three characters will become entangled in a heated love triangle.

"Hollow" will be written and directed by "Pet Sematary: Bloodlines" filmmaker Lindsey Anderson Beer. Beer initially developed the story as a screenplay but later shifted gears, adapting it into a novel that will mark her literary debut in fall 2027, with the film set to follow.
"Hollow" will take a sharply different approach from previous adaptations, shifting the story’s perspective from Ichabod to Katrina. The contemporary reimagining will also lean further into psychological mystery and supernatural erotic-thriller territory. The project marks the first film produced by Sweeney’s newly launched Honey Trap banner, with the actress also serving as a producer through the company.
