The monumental success of "Avengers: Infinity War" and "Avengers: Endgame" not only delivered a perfect conclusion to the Marvel Cinematic Universe's golden decade but also shattered box office records, becoming the highest-grossing film globally at one point and leaving an indelible mark on countless fans.

However, for Zoe Saldaña, who famously portrays Gamora, her performances in "Avengers: Infinity War" and "Avengers: Endgame" have left her with some lingering regrets. She candidly admitted that if she could turn back time, she would want to reshoot her scenes to reinterpret the beloved character.
In a recent interview on Variety's "Know Their Lines," Saldaña revealed that during the production of the two "Avengers" films, she didn't fully grasp the Russo Brothers' vision for Gamora. This lack of complete understanding of the character's storyline is what ultimately led to her feelings of regret.

"I wish I could go back and reshoot Gamora's journey in 'Avengers'," Zoe Saldaña stated. "I didn't quite understand the Russo Brothers' vision at the time. They are brilliant filmmakers, and it was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to work with them, so I've always been grateful for how they decided to portray Gamora's story in the films."
"So, if I had the chance to go back and reshoot, I think I would have put more effort into my performance for this character. After all, it was a rare opportunity to portray a daughter in conflict with her father, exploring whether she would reconcile or give up. If I had fully grasped that at the time, it would have definitely been an even better experience."
