This "Chrono Trigger" Box Art Embroidery Is So Perfect, It's Basically a Copy-Paste

When someone truly masters a craft, they can apply it in the most incredible ways. We've seen this before from the talented wife of Japanese artist Ikushii (@samurai_iku), who once perfectly recreated every monster from *Dragon Quest II* with embroidery. This time, she's channeling her skills into another masterpiece to celebrate the 30th anniversary of a beloved classic in 2025.

Ikushii's wife has recreated the iconic Super Famicom box art for the legendary RPG *Chrono Trigger*, presumably to mark its upcoming three-decade milestone.

The finished piece is staggering. Whether viewed from afar or up close, every detail—from the characters and logo to the precise color choices—is a perfect match. Replicating this by hand with a pen would be a massive undertaking, but doing it stitch by painstaking stitch is on another level. She even nailed the aspect ratio, matching the proportions of the original Super Famicom cartridge box, a testament to her incredible dedication and attention to detail.

This is yet another stunning display of the couple's deep love for classic video games. Whether it's *Dragon Quest* or *Chrono Trigger*, you can feel the passion for the source material and the mastery of the craft in every single stitch.
